Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Director of Sales to join our team in 6th of October City, Egypt. As a key member of our sales leadership, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing operations, and developing strategies to maximize revenue across all market segments.

Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets

Lead, motivate, and mentor a high-performing sales team to drive results and foster professional growth

Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders in the industry

Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and sales data to identify new business opportunities and optimize performance

Create and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients and partners

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services

Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to senior management

Forecast sales, set targets, and develop action plans to ensure consistent growth

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales management in a similar role, preferably in Egypt or the Middle East region

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market

Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team

Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software and sales analytics tools

In-depth knowledge of the industry, including current trends and market dynamics

Strong presentation and public speaking abilities
