Job Description

Job Summary-

We are seeking a dynamic Assistant Director of Sales to support our sales team in achieving company targets and goals. The Assistant Director of Sales will play a key role in developing strategies, managing sales initiatives, and fostering strong relationships with clients.

Job Responsibility-

  • Assist the Director of Sales in developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Collaborate with the sales team to set sales targets and ensure they are met
  • Analyze sales data and trends to identify areas of improvement
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance and provide recommendations for improvements

Candidate Requirements-

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Proven experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to analyze data and identify opportunities for growth
  • Experience working with CRM software is a plus
