Job Summary-
We are seeking a dynamic Assistant Director of Sales to support our sales team in achieving company targets and goals. The Assistant Director of Sales will play a key role in developing strategies, managing sales initiatives, and fostering strong relationships with clients.
Job Responsibility-

Assist the Director of Sales in developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth

Collaborate with the sales team to set sales targets and ensure they are met

Analyze sales data and trends to identify areas of improvement

Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients

Prepare regular reports on sales performance and provide recommendations for improvements
Candidate Requirements-

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

Proven experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role

Ability to analyze data and identify opportunities for growth

Experience working with CRM software is a plus
