Supervise and carry out Civil and Fabrication activities, including preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance of plant structures, buildings, foundations, and civil infrastructure.
Plan, execute, and monitor projects, including construction, modification, fabrication, and commissioning of platforms, trenches, drainage systems, and related works.
Supervise mechanical works related to projects and maintenance, such as equipment foundations, supports, anchor bolts, and minor structural reinforcements.
Coordinate with technicians, contractors, and vendors to ensure work is completed as per drawings, specifications, and approved schedules.
Ensure availability of materials by coordinating with procurement and stores departments.
Monitor job quality, timelines, and costs to ensure projects are completed within approved budget and deadlines.
Maintain maintenance records, reports, and documentation for management review.
Ensure strict compliance with safety protocols, HSE standards, and PPE requirements during all site activities.
Ensure that all maintenance on plant structures (Civil and Fabrication) is performed according to work instructions and procedures.
Ensure standard safety procedures, HSE practices, and TBT in each shift.
Responsible for Estimation and costing of projects
Ensure that all plant civil elements, such as foundations, drains, platforms, and supports, are well maintained.
Routine inspection of building and plant infrastructure and identify need for corrective action/maintenance.
Assist Manager in preparing list of consumable and essential spares/materials for smooth plant operation.
Ensure proper handling/storage of tools.
Any other job may be assigned at any time to meet the requirements of the job.
Communicate, document, and monitor medium to high-level risks as per Risk Management procedures.
Maintain all ISO documents for 100% compliance of audit.
Responsible to execute any job which can be assigned on any location of IIL within country
Job Requirements
Education: DAE Civil / B-Tech.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
Age Limit: 40~45 years.
Key Skills: Expert handling of manpower/subcontractors, scheduling site activities, defect rectification, quality control, and knowledge of construction codes.
