Assistant Engineer - RO Plant

Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified Assistant Engineer – RO Plant to support the operation and maintenance of water treatment and filtration systems. The role requires hands-on experience with SCADA-controlled systems, strong troubleshooting skills, and coordinating with technicians and contractors.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and support daily plant operations
• Ensure systems are running as per targets
• Troubleshoot basic issues and report major problems
• Coordinate with contractors for maintenance work
• Check and review technicians’ reports
• Assist in emergency situations when required
• Maintain records and update CAFM system
• Support training of technicians when needed
• Knows the RO-Plant water treatment concepts to suggests operating improvements.

Requirements

• Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, Chemistry, or related field
• At least 5 years of experience
• Basic knowledge of SCADA systems
• Ability to read technical documents
• Good English communication skills
• Able to work independently and handle pressure
• Team player with good coordination skills

Pay: From QAR1.00 per month
