DEPARTMENT: Golf Course Maintenance
JOB TITLE: Assistant Equipment Shop Mechanic
REPORTS TO: Equipment Manager / Golf Course Superintendent
SCHEDULE: Full-Time (early mornings, weekends, and holidays as required)
COMPENSATION: Hourly (overtime opportunities available)

Burning Tree Country Club is seeking a dependable, mechanically inclined, and detail-oriented Assistant Equipment Shop Mechanic to support the maintenance and repair of all golf course equipment.
This position plays a critical role in ensuring that all equipment used in golf course maintenance is operating safely, efficiently, and at peak performance. Working closely with the Equipment Manager and Grounds team, this is a hands-on role that involves preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of a wide range of turf equipment.
Through attention to detail, organization, and a strong work ethic, the Assistant Equipment Shop Mechanic contributes directly to the quality and consistency of course conditions at Burning Tree.
