Keep injection molding presses and auxiliary systems running through expert repair and proactive maintenance.

Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues to minimize unplanned downtime.

Independently troubleshoot complex equipment problems and implement lasting corrective actions.

Execute scheduled preventative maintenance to drive reliability and throughput.

Record all work in our maintenance system (CMMS) with clear, complete documentation.

Support mold changes, equipment startups, and production readiness activities.

Partner with vendors/contractors to identify and source the right replacement parts.

Follow all safety procedures and maintenance standards while modeling best practices.

Maintain a tidy, organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.

5+ years of maintenance experience in injection molding or other high-volume manufacturing.

Advanced troubleshooting skills across mechanical and electrical systems.

Hands-on experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, and automated production equipment.

Ability to interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and equipment schematics.

Familiarity with CMMS/maintenance tracking software (preferred).

Self-directed, effective in a fast-paced production environment.

Automotive or plastics manufacturing experience.

Exposure to robotics or automated molding systems.

History of contributing to or leading preventative maintenance programs.
