- Perform administrative duties, including managing the employee database, documentation, record and files.
- Assist and manage the process of payroll accurately.
- Support the HR & Administration Department in daily operations.
- Urdu Typing in InPage with speed and accuracy.
- Use Microsoft Excel for data organization, advanced formulas for reports generation.
- Assist in day-to-day office operations as required.
Skills & Requirements:
- Qualification: FA, ICS, FSc, I.Com, however BA.
- Experience: 1 to 2 year of experience in HR or Administrative role is preferred
- Experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Advanced Excel skills (including Formulas, Pivot Tables, V-Lookup)
- Good typing speed with proficiency in Data Entry, Urdu and English typing.
