We are seeking a proactive and organized Assistant Executive to support daily business operations and assist senior executives or department heads. The ideal candidate will handle administrative tasks, coordinate internal processes, and ensure smooth workflow across teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior executives with daily administrative and operational tasks
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and follow-ups
- Maintain records, files, and internal databases
- Communicate with internal teams, vendors, and clients as required
- Support departments such as HR, Sales, Finance, or Operations
- Monitor task progress and ensure timely completion
- Handle emails, correspondence, and office coordination
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- 1–4 years of experience in an executive or administrative support role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- High level of professionalism and confidential

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per year
