Assistant facilities Coordinator

Job Purpose

To assist in managing and coordinating facility operations, ensuring smooth maintenance, safety, and efficient functioning of the building.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in overseeing daily facility operations and maintenance activities
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers
  • Monitor cleaning, security, and maintenance staff performance
  • Handle tenant requests and complaints related to facilities
  • Support preventive and corrective maintenance scheduling
  • Maintain records of maintenance, inspections, and service reports
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and municipality regulations
  • Assist in tracking inventory, supplies, and equipment
  • Support utility monitoring (electricity, water, HVAC systems)
  • Prepare basic reports for management

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mechanical , Facilities Management, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in facilities or property management
  • Basic knowledge of MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing)
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
  • Familiarity with MS Office

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
