Job Title: Assistant Facility Manager

Job Summary:
We are looking for an Assistant Facility Manager with a strong background in real estate project management and facility operations. The role supports the overall management of building maintenance, cleaning, landscaping, vendor coordination, and customer concerns. This position helps ensure that all facilities are safe, well-maintained, and operating smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing day-to-day facility operations, including maintenance, cleaning, and landscaping.
- Support planning and execution of real estate and facility-related projects.
- Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure asset reliability.
- Monitor facility conditions and coordinate required repairs or improvements.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain safety standards and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
- Assist in managing vendor contracts, service agreements, and performance evaluations.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Prepare reports, documentation, and updates for management.
- Support cost control, budgeting, and procurement activities related to facility operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Strong background in real estate project management and facility operations.
- Experience in MEP maintenance, cleaning, landscaping, and vendor coordination.
- Knowledge of safety practices and facility compliance standards.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Proficient in MS Office and facility management systems.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in the UAE facility management industry.
- Ability to handle customer issues professionally.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
