Job Summary
The Facility Administration – Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating day-to-day facility and administrative operations to ensure smooth office functioning. The role involves managing maintenance, vendors, security, inventory, compliance, and overall administrative processes while maintaining high service and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate office services to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations
- Manage facility operations including maintenance, repairs, housekeeping, security, and utilities
- Handle vendor management including onboarding, performance monitoring, contract renewals, and negotiations
- Maintain office inventory, pantry supplies, and essential equipment
- Ensure compliance with security, safety, environmental, and statutory regulations
- Oversee operation and maintenance of electrical systems, air-conditioning, internet connectivity, CCTV, and other infrastructure
- Manage procurement of office supplies and maintain accurate expense records
- Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements for employees
- Assist in planning and managing office events, meetings, and conferences
- Liaise with government authorities for compliance, audits, and documentation
- Handle infrastructure projects such as renovations, office expansions, or new office setup
- Develop, review, and improve administrative systems, policies, and procedures
- Provide administrative support and ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external vendors
Requirements & Qualifications
- Graduate with 8–10 years of experience in Facility Administration / Office Administration / Admin Manager role
- Proven experience managing corporate office facilities and multiple vendors
- Hands-on experience in infrastructure projects and office operations
- Strong understanding of office administration procedures, compliance, and legal requirements
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office and administrative systems
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and manage priorities effectively
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail

Pay: ₹50,182.13 - ₹75,131.25 per month
