Assistant Farm Manager

Job Description: We are looking for Male Assistant Farm Manager who will perform the following duties:

1. Ensure that the CCTV cameras are always functioning properly and are in working condition 24X7.

2. Ensure that the ashram is always stocked with the necessary supplies and that all equipment is in proper working order.

3. You have to coordinate with electricians, plumbers, IT companies and various agencies to ensure timely servicing (AMC) and repair of all gadgets and appliances.

4. Work as per SOP and report to the concerned person.

5. All stock needs to be updated.

6. You will need to go to the market for supplies if needed.

7. If necessary, you may also need to supervise the gardener's work.

8. Ensure that the cooks and sweepers are performing their duties properly and in accordance with the SOPs.

9. Ensure that the arrival and accommodation of others are properly arranged.

10. Documentation must be done properly.

11. Daily administration of the office must be handled.

12. Perform daily chores and ensure that our ashram runs smoothly without any problems.

13. You have to look after your manager's work in his absence.

14. You have to report all the work to your senior.

15. Repair small plumbing and electrical related problems

Qualifications:

1- Graduate

2- Must have experience of 5-7 years in same field

3- Previous experience in team handling is preferred.
4- Able to do work independently.

5- Must have hands on working experience with MS Office

Male candidate willing to stay in our Ashram is preferred.

Candidate from Rajasthan/ Madhya Pradesh is preferred.
