Assistant Field Sales - Agriculture

Qualification & Experience:

• Diploma in agriculture / B.Sc. Agriculture or relevant agricultural background.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.

Requirements:

• Interest in farmer engagement, demonstrations, and agricultural sales.
• Ability to support field trials, crop monitoring, and product demonstrations.
• Willingness to travel in agricultural areas.
• Understanding of soil science, crop nutrition, and the benefits of organic matter

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Target related to Fertilizer business
• Conduct on-farm trials and demonstrations for biogas, biofertilizer, and biochar-based products.
• Support sales teams in technical activities and farmer engagement.
• Collect field data, farmer feedback, and assist in product promotion and market development.
• Complete fluency in the local languages and dialects spoken by the target farming communities
