Assistant (Finance)

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduated from relevant undergraduate departments of universities,
  • At least 5 years of experience in an executive assistant position,
  • Fluent in English,
  • Proficient in MS Office programs,
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills,
  • Possessing a systematic and organized work principle,
  • Strong organizational and planning skills,
  • High representation ability,
  • Experience in reporting and documentation,
  • Disciplined and respectful of confidentiality rules.


JOB DESCRIPTION

  • In the finance department, in line with the work agenda of the directors to whom they report,
  • Organizing the agenda by making the necessary plans,
  • Planning meetings, travel and accommodation arrangements,
  • Conducting research on topics requested by the manager and preparing the requested reports and presentations,
  • Ensuring communication between the manager and other departments within the company,
  • Guiding visitors,
  • Filing and archiving documents.
