Responsible for overseeing the operational controls, procedures, and compliance with company policies relating to inventory, fixed assets, scrap, petty cash and responsible for all accounting-related activities in the Hail project & NSPC company.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Strategic Contribution
- Execute the annual business plan and targets and comply with the strategic agenda of the Finance Operations to deliver Nadec's vision and mission.
Budgeting
- Participate in the preparation of the functional budget and assess financial performance versus the budget so that the business is aware of anticipated costs/revenues, areas of unsatisfactory performance are identified, and potential performance improvement opportunities are capitalized.
- Review the implementation and monitor the internal controls over inventory and fixed assets in order to ensure that there are adequate controls to prevent unintentional and intentional errors in financial reporting, processes, and business operations.
- Conduct the audit of warehouse operations (including Raw and packing, spares, Feeding, and Finished goods) on a monthly basis to ensure proper inventory verification reports to Management.
- Conduct the audit of Scrap management on monthly basis to ensure proper controls are in place.
- Involve in the monthly physical verification of inventory in the locations in to ensure that product costing is correct.
- Make surprise physical counts for warehouses in addition to monthly physical verification.
- Co ordinate with the operation team for timely asset tagging to ensure the fixed asset register is providing the accurate data for the project.
- Initiate and lead the fixed asset physical counts on a cycle basis for Hail operation to comply with operational DOA and policies and procedures.
- Supervise the petty cash operation and collection accounting for scrap and other cash sales done by the project team to ensure transactions are recorded on timely baisi.
- Handle the all-accounting related activities of NSPC company including financial statements preparation and audit to ensure books are closed on time and to file statutory reporting.

- Ensure that all subordinates have clear objectives, constructive and accurate performance feedback sessions formal annual performance appraisals, and individual development plans.
- Adhere with direction for the development and implementation of organizational unit's policies, systems, processes, and procedures, identifying potential areas of improvement to ensure efficient and effective operation.
- Comply with corporate requirements on adherence to policies, procedures and instructions related to all relevant regulatory directives to ensure a safe and risk-free environment.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS Education and Certifications
- Bachelor's or master's degrees in accounting or finance or related fields from a well-reputed university.
Experience
- Minimum of 5-7 years of working experience in Operational FMCG.
- Minimum of 5 years of working experience in supervising teams.
