Assistant Finance Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented energetic Assistant Finance Manager with a Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification and 8+ years of post-qualification experience. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing financial operations, ensuring compliance, and driving strategic financial initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across departments
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, local tax laws, and regulatory standards
• Oversee accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger functions
• Support internal and external audits, including documentation and coordination
• Conduct financial risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies
• Implement and monitor internal controls and financial policies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business planning and performance tracking
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior finance staff

Qualifications & Experience

• Chartered Accountant (CA) certification is mandatory or CFA
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or audit
• Strong understanding of financial reporting standards and tax regulations
• Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication abilities
• Experience in managing teams and cross-functional collaboration
