Assistant Finance Manager

Freedom Broker Global Markets is a subsidiary of Freedom Holding Corp. (FRHC), a NASDAQ-listed diversified financial services group.

The company operates under a financial services permission granted by the Financial Services Regulatory Authority (FSRA) of Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM), specialising in brokerage and investment services.

As part of our strategic expansion across the MENA region, we are seeking an experienced and proactive Assistant Finance Manager to join our Abu Dhabi office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records
• Responsible for accounts payable cycle for multiple group entities (invoices, payroll, taxation)
• Monitor company liquidity and cash investments, flagging any potential shortfalls or unusual movements
• Highlight potential risks (financial, regulatory, operational) promptly to the Finance Manager
• Prepare monthly management accounts
• Responsible for preparation of financial information in accordance with Group Reporting instructions and US GAAP requirements
• Maintain operating effectiveness over Internal Controls over Financial Reporting (SOX Compliance)
• Involvement in ad-hoc projects as business requires

Qualifications & Experience:

Essential:

• At least 3 years of experience in finance
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and treatments
• Ability to interpret IFRS and US GAAP accounting standards

Preferred:

• Russian speaker may be considered as advantage
• UAE experience in FSRA / DFSA

• Good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work under pressure with guidance, but comfortable with minimal micromanagement
