About the Role:
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and reliable Assistant to the CEO to manage day-to-day operations, coordinate meetings, and ensure smooth execution of all executive-level tasks. The ideal candidate will be efficient in communication, detail-oriented, and capable of handling confidential information with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the right hand to the CEO by managing daily schedules, meetings, and appointments.
- Coordinate and follow up on internal and external communications.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required.
- Manage travel arrangements, event coordination, and logistics.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Track ongoing projects and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Liaise with department heads, clients, and stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.
- Anticipate the CEO’s needs and proactively manage priorities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration or related field preferred).
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Ability to handle pressure, maintain confidentiality, and meet deadlines.
- Professional attitude and polished presentation.
