Mountain Lake Lodge is seeking an experienced hotel assistant front office manager.
Overseeing daily front desk operations such as guest check-in and check-out, room assignment, and handling guest inquiries and complaints.
Assisting the Front Office Manager in managing the front desk team, training and coaching staff, and ensuring staff adheres to service standards and policies.
Maintaining accurate records and reports, and collaborating with other departments such as Housekeeping, Sales, and Accounting.
Ensuring compliance with hotel and industry standards and promoting positive guest experiences and employee engagement.
At least 2 years of experience in front office operations or related field.
Proficient in MS Office and hotel property management systems such as Opera.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to lead, motivate and coach staff.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple projects and deadlines.
Mountain Lake Lodge is a drug-free workplace.
