Cheba Hut started back in 1998 in Tempe, Arizona. We started with a pipe dream to craft some tasty, stoner-approved toasted subs and munchies from scratch, create a laid-back workplace for our friends, and do it all in a relaxed environment where people could escape the grind. Restaurant Manager Qualifications:

• 2+ years restaurant experience as a salary manager
• Understand financials (KPI's)
• Full Availability
• Ability to work any area of the restaurant as needed and tooperatePoint of Sale system/cash register
• This position requires bending, standing and walking the entire workday
• Must have the ability to lift 10 poundsfrequentlyand up to 30 pounds occasionally

Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:

• Be awesome everyday - Show up and own it
• Coach and develop our homies
• Oversee daily line operations and bar operations
• Drive sales and manage costs
• Must be able to complete training at designated traininglocationto include time as a rotating benchstrengthmanagerin the district.
