Personal Training Sales Specialist

Overview

LA FITNESS- Edison Personal Training Sales Counselor is a fast-tracking position to become one of our Assistant General Managers within 60-90 days of maintaining the position. Ultimately, we are looking for future General Manager's for our company.**This is a very Sales driven position. We perform marketing and our goal is to get potential new members to come in and join. We have a daily Quota to achieve with selling memberships & personal training to the club.Responsibilities Include:- Calling, Texting and emailing people daily- Marketing through social media platforms along with Google to generate more business- Handing out guest passes inside and outside the club to get people to show-Touring guests around our health clubs- Assessing each guests individual need for our location-Selling memberships, personal training and other club amenities-When needed, help clean our clubs to keep our staff and members safe-Your bonus' will depend on hitting pre-determined sales goals.
