What You’ll Do:

• Lead day-to-day hotel operations, ensuring seamless service across all departments
• Support and collaborate with the General Manager on team development, financial performance, and guest satisfaction
• Coach and empower team members to deliver consistent, high-quality service
• Foster a culture of accountability, recognition, and mutual respect
• Respond to guest concerns and operational challenges with urgency, empathy, and professionalism
• Monitor KPIs, labor, and operational checklists to ensure excellence and efficiency
• Step in as acting GM when needed, maintaining high standards and strong communication
• Bring Scarlett’s people-first values to life in every interaction—with your team and your guests

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of hotel leadership or operations experience (multi-department oversight preferred)
• Proven ability to lead teams, improve processes, and drive guest satisfaction
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• A hands-on leader who leads by example and brings out the best in others
• Comfort with hotel systems, reporting tools, and operational workflows
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays

Pay: $42,000.00 - $46,000.00 per year
