- People who are Full-time professionals available to work 40 hours per week, able to lift 35 lbs and stand and move for extended period of times
RESPONSIBILITIES
include but are not limited to:

Effectively manage a team of 75+ employees and assist with scheduling and assessments

Oversee and ensure smooth operations on the floor during daily service

Train and teach staff on restaurant procedures and performance expectations

Reinforce employee compliance to company policies and standards

Cultivate relationships with new and returning guests

Investigate and resolve guest complaints concerning food quality and service

Maintain safety and food quality standards

Demonstrate leadership through job expertise, initiative, a positive attitude and have exceptional communication skills

Implement a positive work environment and emphasize a culture of excellence

Understand and embody the Bottega Louie lifestyle, mission and brand
COMPENSATION
- $80,000 - $90,000 base salary plus quarterly discretionary bonus based on net income ($0 - $20,000 annual potential)

Net income Bonus, if any, is calculated at sole discretion of Compensation Committee

48 Hours Paid Sick Leave per year (Accrues at a rate of 1 hour for every 30 hours worked subject to an 80 hour cap)
