We are looking for an experienced HR Head to lead the complete Human Resource function for an upcoming hospital project. The role involves setting up and managing HR operations from pre-commissioning to full-scale hospital operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR strategies for hospital setup

Manpower planning & recruitment of clinical and non-clinical staff

Establish HR policies, SOPs & employee handbook

Ensure statutory compliance & payroll administration

Drive performance management & employee engagement

Support NABH accreditation processes

Lead employee relations & grievance management
-
Partner with leadership to build a high-performance culture
Requirements:

MBA in HR (preferred)

12+ years of HR experience within healthcare/hospital industry.

Strong knowledge of labor laws & healthcare compliance.
