 We are looking for an experienced HR Head to lead the complete Human Resource function for an upcoming hospital project. The role involves setting up and managing HR operations from pre-commissioning to full-scale hospital operations.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Develop and implement HR strategies for hospital setup
 </li>
 <li>
 Manpower planning &amp; recruitment of clinical and non-clinical staff
 </li>
 <li>
 Establish HR policies, SOPs &amp; employee handbook
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure statutory compliance &amp; payroll administration
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive performance management &amp; employee engagement
 </li>
 <li>
 Support NABH accreditation processes
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead employee relations &amp; grievance management
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner with leadership to build a high-performance culture
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Requirements:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 MBA in HR (preferred)
 </li>
 <li>
 12+ years of HR experience within healthcare/hospital industry.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of labor laws &amp; healthcare compliance.
 </li>
