- Responsible for monitoring complete F&B operations and maintenance of properties.
- Coordinating operations of Dining, Kitchen and Bhawans.
- Manage functions and ensure resident satisfaction.
- Liaison, Coordination & clearances with Civil works.
- Coordination for Brahmbhog Delhi (BBU) and Karma Health.
- Monitoring & Stock taking of Property.
- Administrative duties.
- Prepare and manage facilities budget including utilities, repairs and consumables.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachlor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in healthcare , hospitality or senior living.
- Experience in a retirement community, nursing home or healthcare facility.
- Age upto 50 years.
