  • Responsible for monitoring complete F&B operations and maintenance of properties.
  • Coordinating operations of Dining, Kitchen and Bhawans.
  • Manage functions and ensure resident satisfaction.
  • Liaison, Coordination & clearances with Civil works.
  • Coordination for Brahmbhog Delhi (BBU) and Karma Health.
  • Monitoring & Stock taking of Property.
  • Administrative duties.
  • Prepare and manage facilities budget including utilities, repairs and consumables.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachlor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in healthcare , hospitality or senior living.
  • Experience in a retirement community, nursing home or healthcare facility.
  • Age upto 50 years.

Key Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problem solving skills.

Working Conditions:

  • On-site role with rotational on-call duties (including weekends/holidays if needed).
