Develop system and its BOM structure.
Thorough knowledge of DFMEA and support PFMEA
Carry out design calculations, material selection, DFx (Manufacturing, Assembly, Service)
Knowledge and skills in ASME 14.5 standards, GD&T and stack up analysis.
Thorough on CAD tools usage like Creo with hands on experience with 2D Drawings and 3D components, layout, assembly and package.
Fair understanding on FEA (i.e. Ansys) – Structural analysis, CFD analysis and review reports for Design decisions.
Good understanding of product packaging methods for transportation purposes.
Ensure compliance with relevant standards, codes, and regulations (ASME, BIS, IS-QCO).
Sound knowledge about Air conditioning specifically split AC preferred
Provide support for prototyping, testing, validation activities troubleshooting structural failures, customer complaints, or field issues.
