Role Overview

We are seeking an Assistant Guest Relations & Butler Manager to join our team. This full-time, on-site role is pivotal in delivering exceptional hospitality experiences. You will support the Guest Relations team, oversee personalized butler services, manage guest requests, resolve issues promptly, and ensure consistent adherence to the highest service standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing the Guest Relations team to ensure top-tier guest satisfaction.
  • Supervise and train staff, including butlers, to maintain excellence in service delivery.
  • Manage personalized guest experiences and handle special requests with discretion and efficiency.
  • Address and resolve guest complaints or concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Monitor and act on guest feedback to enhance services continuously.
  • Uphold and enforce luxury service standards across all guest interactions.

Qualifications

  • Strong background in Guest Relations and Customer Service.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to service.
  • Leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
  • Experience in luxury hotel management is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or a related field preferred.
  • Proficiency in multiple languages is an advantage
