Job Description

• Support to the chief architect in all phases of hotel and catering facility design
• Development of architectural and interior solutions in accordance with brand standards and functional requirements
• Preparation of technical documentation
• Collaboration with engineers, interior designers and contractors
• Adaptation of projects to current regulations and standards for tourist facilities
• Coordination and attendance at field visits
• Control of compliance of cost estimates and offers with the planned budget

Job Requirements

• University degree – architecture or related field
• 2 to 5 years of experience in architectural or design practice
• Experience or interest in designing hotels, restaurants and similar facilities is an advantage
