Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Assistant Head of Department (Arabic) to support and lead the Arabic Department. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth academic operations, effective team coordination, and consistent implementation of the Arabic curriculum across all classes. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills to maintain academic quality and department performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Department Management: Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the Arabic Department, ensuring alignment with institutional goals and academic standards.
  • Staff Supervision: Oversee Arabic teachers, ensuring punctuality, professionalism, and adherence to teaching schedules. Provide guidance, mentoring, and performance feedback.
  • Curriculum Implementation: Ensure all Arabic classes are conducted according to the approved curriculum, lesson plans, and teaching methodologies.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track teacher performance through KPI reports, attendance, and class observation summaries. Maintain records of departmental progress and share monthly reports with the Head of Academics.
  • Quality Assurance: Review lesson plans, teaching materials, and student progress reports to ensure consistency and quality of instruction.
  • Departmental Reporting: Prepare and submit detailed departmental performance reports, including class coverage, teacher KPIs, and curriculum progress tracking.
  • Coordination & Communication: Act as the bridge between the teachers, Head of Academics, and management, ensuring a smooth flow of information and issue resolution.
  • Training & Development: Identify teacher training needs and coordinate professional development sessions to enhance teaching effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Arabic Language, Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of teaching experience; leadership experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Experience in academic administration, curriculum planning, and KPI tracking.
  • Ability to manage teams and foster a collaborative departmental culture.

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: 80,000 - 120,000 pkr

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
