Assistant Housekeeping Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations across all properties.
• Recruit, train, and supervise housekeeping staff.
• Develop and implement cleaning schedules, procedures, and quality standards.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Handle guest complaints professionally and ensure quick resolution.
• Prepare reports on housekeeping performance, staff productivity, and expenses.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Housekeeping Manager or Supervisor, preferably in hospitality or property management.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures, materials, and equipment.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain high standards.
• Flexible with working hours as needed.
