Assistant HR & Admin

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR / Business Administration or related field (MBA in HR preferred).
  • Minimum 2 years of proven HR/Admin experience, preferably in service or travel-related industries.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor law, and recruitment practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools.
  • Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and work under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
