Job Description for General Assistant – HR & Administration:

To provide administrative and operational support to the HR department in daily activities including recruitment assistance, employee record maintenance, attendance tracking, documentation, and coordination of HR-related functions, ensuring smooth HR operations and compliance with company policies.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of HR processes and documentation.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Discretion in handling confidential information.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
  • Working in Shifts

Educational Qualification:

  • Minimum: 12th pass with basic of excel

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
