- Assist in recruitment and hiring coordination
- Manage employee onboarding and documentation
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Monitor attendance, leave records, and employee files
- Support preparation of payroll and salary reports
- Coordinate employee contracts, warnings, notices, and HR letters
- Ensure confidentiality of HR and company information
- Assist management in implementing company policies and procedures
Payroll & Administrative Support
- Prepare payroll-related data and attendance summaries
- Coordinate with finance/accounts department regarding salaries
- Maintain organized digital and physical records
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and business documents
- Manage office emails, calendars, meetings, and scheduling
- Follow up on pending administrative and operational tasks
- Support daily office operations and reporting activities
Dutch Language Communication
- Read, write, and speak Dutch fluently
- Translate documents, emails, and reports between Dutch and English
- Communicate professionally with Belgium-based staff or clients
- Assist management in handling Dutch-language HR and administrative matters
- Support international communication and coordination when required
