Assistant HR- Lahore

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and responsible Assistant HR (Male) to support daily HR operations in a textile manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will assist in recruitment, attendance management, employee record maintenance, compliance, and coordination with factory staff to ensure smooth HR functions.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain employee records, personal files, contracts, and HR documentation accurately and confidentially.
  • Monitor daily attendance, leave records, overtime, and shift schedules, ensuring timely reporting to management.
  • Assist in recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding of new employees.
  • Coordinate with department supervisors regarding manpower requirements, employee issues, and workforce planning.
  • Support payroll preparation by providing accurate attendance, leave, overtime, and employee data to the Accounts/Payroll department.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, factory regulations, and audit requirements related to HR documentation.
  • Handle employee queries, disciplinary records, warning letters, and assist in maintaining positive employee relations within the factory.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.

Minimum 1–2 years of HR experience, preferably in a textile or manufacturing environment.

Good knowledge of attendance management, recruitment, payroll support, and labor laws.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).

Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Male candidates preferred due to frequent coordination on the production floor and factory operations.

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
