Job Title: HR Assistant Manager
Location: Chh. Sambhajinagar
Job Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with company goals.
- Oversee recruitment and selection process (manpower planning, job posting, interviews, hiring).
- Manage employee onboarding, induction, and exit processes.
- Supervise payroll, attendance, leave management, and statutory compliances (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.).
- Handle employee relations, grievance redressal, and disciplinary actions.
- Drive training, performance management, and career development initiatives.
- Lead employee engagement, welfare, and motivation programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and maintain proper HR documentation.
- Support management with HR reports, analytics, and manpower planning.
- Guide and mentor the HR team (assistants/executives).
Requirements:
- MBA / PG in HR or equivalent.
- 5–10 years of experience in HR, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, labor laws, and statutory compliances.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and people management skills.
- Proficiency in HRMS / ERP systems and MS Office.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
