About the role:

For DP World Logistics Egypt


Job Purpose:

To strengthen the organization’s human capital by leading key HR functions— Talent Acquisition, Talent Development Programs, Performance Management, and Learning & Development —while driving strategic organizational development initiatives. This role will work directly under the Head of HR and will lead the OD team to ensure alignment with business goals and logistics industry standards


KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES :


1- Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

  • Lead and oversee recruitment activities across all departments
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to forecast workforce needs and develop sourcing strategies
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and cultural integration of new hires
  • Develop and manage the recruitment process, ensuring timely and cost-effective hiring aligned with strategic goals
  • Create and update job descriptions and specifications; conduct job analysis to define role requirements
  • Source, screen, and evaluate candidates using structured interviews and assessment tools
  • Oversee onboarding and induction programs, including technical training for new hires
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and provide analytical reports
  • Promote the company’s employer brand and manage internship programs
  • Ensure compliance with MEA sourcing policies and recruitment best practices


2- Performance Management

  • Facilitate feedback loops and development plans
  • Administer Mid-year and annual performance review cycles to reinforce a performance-driven culture
  • Coordinate performance management process, ensuring clarity of goals, expectations, and results
  • Develop and deliver training materials, policies, and seminars on performance management
  • Support the team in setting KPIs and individual goals and conducting regular reviews
  • Execute Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) for underperforming staff and track progress
  • Deliver timely reports on performance outcomes and improvement initiatives


3- Learning & Development

  • Identify skill gaps and deliver targeted training initiatives
  • Coordinate internal and external learning initiatives
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and report outcomes and ensure alignment with business strategies
  • Support onboarding and continuous learning efforts across departments


4- Talent Management & Organizational Development

  • Administer talent management programs (GROW, Apprenticeship etc.) , including strategy execution, reporting, and resource development
  • Maintain and update the company’s Talent Matrix annually
  • Track employee potential and developmental plans for high-potential and developing contributors
  • Prepare dashboards and reports to support strategic workforce planning
  • Lead the OD team in developing strategies to improve structure, culture, and efficiency
  • Drive change management initiatives across the organization
  • Conduct assessments and recommend improvements to organizational design
  • Develop and maintain organizational charts monthly, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business structure and role clarity
  • Contribute to the overall development of the HR function to ensure optimal support of business goals
  • Provide timely reports on OD status, organizational changes, and strategic initiatives



6- HR Operations & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
  • Oversee HRIS updates , maintain accurate employee records and support audit requirements
  • Support internal audits and reporting requirements
  • Provide general HR support across the business to ensure alignment with strategic initiatives
  • Monitor compensation practices and recommend improvements to enhance organizational attractiveness



Qualification and Certificates:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Certification in Organizational Development or Talent Management


Experience and knowledge:

  • 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in logistics, supply chain, or related field
  • Proven expertise in talent acquisition, performance management, and training
  • Experience leading TM initiatives and managing a team
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms and data-driven HR practices
  • Knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements


Skills and Abilities:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and Negotiation skills
  • Fluency in Arabic & English (written & spoken)
  • Excellent MS Office programs: Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • Proficiency in HR software and systems.
  • Able to motivate and inspire the team.
  • Able to identify and address operational issues.
