Job Summary/Objective



The Talent Acquisition Professional at Alnafitha leads complex and strategic end-to-end recruitment processes to attract, assess, and secure top-tier talent across all departments. This role is instrumental in workforce planning, employer branding, pipeline building, and recruitment process optimization. Acting as a partner to hiring managers and business leaders, the Talent Acquisition Professional ensures the right talent is in place to drive business success while enhancing the candidate experience and maintaining a strong employment brand


Key Responsibilities:


  • · Strategic Recruitment & Workforce Planning · Lead full-cycle recruitment for mid to senior level roles, aligning workforce needs with department goals and Alnafitha growth plans to ensure talent acquisition directly supports strategic business direction and organizational scalability
  • · Design proactive sourcing plans using advanced platforms and headhunting techniques to identify high caliber talent and reduce time to fill in critical or hard to source positions
  • · Employer Branding · Collaborate on brand positioning, lead outreach campaigns and represent alnafitha at job fairs and/or events to attract top talent by positioning Alnafitha as an employer of choice in the IT industry
  • · Recruitment Metrics · Track, analyze and report key recruitment metrics (time- to fill, Cost per hire, source of hire, conversion rates) to enable data-driven improvements in recruitment processes and provide insights to leadership
  • · ATS & Process Compliance · Ensure applicant tracking systems (Zoho recruit) are up to date with accurate information and hiring documentation to maintain recruitment transparency, ensure compliance and enable smooth handover to HR operations
  • · Candidate experience & pipeline Nurturing · Manage timely communication, feedback delivery and continuous engagement with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle to enhance the candidate journey and build long-term relationships with top tier professionals
  • · Market Research & Bench-marking · Conduct ongoing labor market research, compensation benchmarks and competitor hiring intelligence to remain competitive and informed when advising on offers, compensation strategy and sourcing direction



Requirements

Qualifications

  1. - Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field- Experience : 6-10 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on full cycle recruiting across various industries- Strong understanding of technical roles and requirements, as well as experience recruiting for specialized positions
  2. - Proven experience in mentoring and guiding recruitment teams
  3. - Expertise in utilizing modern sourcing techniques and tools, including social media and networking platforms
  4. - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders effectively
  5. - Ability to analyze recruitment data and metrics to drive improvements in hiring processes
  6. - Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers
