Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated
Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist
with 1–3 years of experience in recruitment and a high level of fluency in English. The role will support the full recruitment cycle, ensuring a positive candidate and hiring manager experience while helping the company attract and retain top talent.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in managing the end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection).

Post job openings on various job boards, career sites, and social media platforms.

Source candidates using different tools and techniques (databases, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.).

Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

Maintain accurate candidate records and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.

Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns.

Collaborate with HR team members on onboarding activities for new hires.

Prepare regular recruitment reports for management.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience
in talent acquisition or recruitment (in-house or agency).

Fluent in English
(spoken and written).

Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with ATS is a plus.
