The ideal candidate is an experienced Human Resources Officer with recruitment and employee management experience, with knowledge of hospitality and restaurants management in Cairo, Egypt.
Responsibilities

Assist company in managing the department and restaurants requirements

Lead procedures related to recruitment

Setup and implement the procedures related to recruitment

Filter, screen and analyze incoming CVs and Resumes in order to identify potential candidates
-
Collecting all needed documents from accepted candidates for legal processing

Process and manage all legal and contractual requirements
-
Assess and interview candidates for available positions
-
Conducting kitchen trials and interviews as needed on site
-
Onboarding team members
-
Maintain a detailed record of employee attendance
-
Manage employee attendance and take necessary corrective actions
-
Prepare and maintain Human Resources daily, weekly and monthly reports
-
Assisting with monthly administrative daily, weekly and monthly reports
-
Dealing with incoming emails and communication

Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations
-
Coordination with relevant departments
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
-
Minimum of 5 years experience in human resources in Cairo, Egypt
-
Minimum of 3 years experience in hospitality and restaurants field in Cairo, Egypt

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-
Ability to manage multiple priorities
