Role Overview:
To support and execute HR operational processes efficiently and accurately across the employee lifecycle, ensuring a smooth experience for employees from onboarding to offboarding while maintaining compliance with internal policies and local labor and social insurance regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:

Manage the onboarding and offboarding processes end-to-end, including documentation, system access, coordination with internal teams, and ensuring a smooth employee transition experience.

Handle all employment documentation and updates, including contracts, contract renewals, employee status changes, and official HR letters (salary, employment, bank, visa support, etc.).

Administer and follow up on social insurance processes (Form 1 and Form 6), ensuring timely registration and removal, compliance with legal obligations, and maintaining proper documentation.

Oversee the medical insurance process including employee enrollments, dependents’ updates, claims follow-up, and regular coordination with the insurance provider.

Maintain and update employee records in both physical and digital formats, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality.

Monitor and manage employee leave balances, and address related inquiries in coordination with relevant stakeholders.

Respond to ad-hoc HR operational needs, support internal audits and reporting, and contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Qualifications:

1–2 years of HR experience, preferably with a focus on HR operations.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

Proficient Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.

Strong interpersonal and emotional intelligence skills.

Excellent communication (written and verbal), documentation, and problem-solving abilities.

Highly organized with attention to detail and strong follow-up skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while maintaining a people-first approach.
