ABOUT GROUPSOFT
Groupsoft is a global consulting and technology services company specializing in SAP solutions for Retail, Fashion, and Consumer Goods enterprises. It has presence in the US, Canada, India, and Singapore.
ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for an HR professional with around 5 years of experience to manage core HR operations and support people processes across India and North America. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day HR administration, performance management, payroll coordination, and employee engagement initiatives - ensuring a smooth, people-first HR experience aligned with Groupsoft’s global values.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. HR Operations
Manage attendance, leave, and timesheet systems to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policy.
Coordinate with Finance for monthly payroll processing, including reimbursements and support for statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, etc.).
Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS system.
Oversee onboarding and exit processes for employees.
2. Performance Management
Support the annual appraisal and performance review cycles, ensuring timelines and communication are maintained.
Coordinate processes for promotions, increments, and recognition awards.
Track and support training and upskilling programs based on performance outcomes and leadership direction.
3. Employee Engagement
Plan and execute employee engagement events, including festivals, team-building activities, and recognition programs.
Collaborate with internal teams to drive culture and communication initiatives that promote a positive work environment.
4. Global Coordination
Liaise with the US HR and leadership team on cross-region HR processes such as policy alignment, resource movements, and benefits coordination for North America employees.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
4 to 6 years of HR (generalist) experience, preferably in the mid-sized IT services companies with multi-country operations
Strong knowledge of HR operations, payroll coordination, and performance management frameworks
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency in HRIS tools (like Zoho or others) and familiarity with use of AI tools (like Gemini or others)
Ability to manage multiple priorities across geographies and time zones
Readiness to look beyond established comfort zones and learn/adapt quickly to organizational needs
