LimeoX is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant HR Manager to support our HR department in managing day-to-day human resource operations. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to grow in the HR field and work closely with senior management to ensure smooth HR processes for both in-house and remote employees.
The Assistant HR Manager will assist in recruitment, employee coordination, record management, and communication with remote teams.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process for in-house and remote employees, including posting job ads, shortlisting candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
- Support the HR Manager in building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, contracts, attendance, performance data, and training records.
- Help manage employee relations by addressing basic employee concerns and escalating issues to the HR Manager when required.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for employees, including documentation and orientation support.
- Assist in assigning tasks to remotely hired employees and follow up on task completion and reporting.
- Ensure smooth communication between in-house staff, remote employees, and management teams, including coordination with the US-based team when required.
- Support HR documentation using Google Docs and Google Sheets.
- Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and performance management systems.
Requirements:
- Min 1 year of relevant HR or administrative experience (fresh graduates with strong HR internships may also be considered).
- Good English communication skills, both verbal and written, to communicate effectively with remote and US-based teams.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with employees at all levels.
- Basic knowledge of HR processes, recruitment, and employee management.
- Proficiency in Google Docs and Google Sheets.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA) with a specialization in HR or equivalent.
- MBA (HR) is a plus but not mandatory.
Salary Package & Future Growth:
