Male HR Executive – Restaurant Division

Location: UAE
Requirement: Valid UAE Driving License

Job Purpose

To manage and support all HR functions for the restaurant division, ensuring smooth manpower operations, compliance with UAE labor laws, and effective coordination across multiple restaurant outlets.

Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Onboarding

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for restaurant staff (chefs, waiters, supervisors, managers)
• Coordinate interviews, trade tests, and selection processes
• Prepare offer letters, contracts, and onboarding documents
• Manage staff joining formalities and orientation

HR Operations

• Maintain employee records, personal files, and HR databases
• Handle attendance, leave management, and shift coordination
• Support payroll inputs and overtime calculations
• Assist with performance appraisals and disciplinary procedures

Employee Relations

• Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns
• Handle grievances professionally and confidentially
• Promote a positive and productive work environment
• Coordinate staff accommodation and transportation issues (if applicable)

Compliance & PRO Coordination

• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies
• Coordinate with PRO for visas, labor cards, Emirates ID, medicals, and renewals
• Track visa expiry dates and employee documentation

Outlet Visits & Coordination

• Visit restaurant outlets regularly for HR support and audits
• Coordinate manpower requirements across multiple locations
• Conduct spot checks on staff attendance, grooming, and discipline

Reporting & HR Support

• Prepare HR reports on manpower, turnover, and attendance
• Support HR Manager in policy implementation and HR projects
• Assist in training coordination and staff development initiatives

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
• 2–4 years HR experience in restaurant or hospitality industry
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law
• Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory)
• Ability to travel between restaurant locations
• Good communication skills in English
