Job Summary

The HR and Administration Associate provide essential administrative support across Human Resources and general office operations. A primary function is to serve as the custodian of confidential client data, specializing in securely managing, organizing, and maintaining all documentation required for the KYC (Know Your Customer) and CDD (Customer Due Diligence) processes for clients.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

1. Compliance and KYC Documentation Management

  • Securely manage, process, and maintain all confidential client documentation for the KYC/CDD process.
  • Control document retention and destruction cycles, adhering strictly to regulatory record-keeping standards.
  • Provide prompt, professional support to the AML team by retrieving and compiling files for internal audits or external regulatory requests.

2. Human Resources and General Administration

  • Manage the administrative components of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, record maintenance, and offboarding.
  • Support in recruitment process and find right candidate for the role described
  • Post job descriptions and job on the portal, maintain relationship with HR recruitment
  • Maintain the security and confidentiality of all sensitive personnel records.
  • Oversee general office operations, correspondence, and facility management to ensure efficient workflow.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
