Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant HR Manager with 1–2 years of experience to support our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will assist in recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, compliance, and day-to-day HR operations.

This role is ideal for someone looking to grow their HR career in a dynamic and collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the full recruitment cycle (job postings, screening, interviews, onboarding)
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation
  • Support payroll processing and attendance management
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities and training programs
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
  • Handle employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures
  • Assist in performance management processes
  • Prepare HR reports and maintain HR databases

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1–2 years of HR experience
  • Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
  • Experience with HR software or HRIS systems
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in payroll processing
  • Familiarity with recruitment portals (Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Understanding of employee engagement strategies
