Assistant HR Manager

The job role of an Assistant HR Manager is to support the HR Manager in handling all human resource functions within an organization. It combines administrative, strategic, and employee-relations responsibilities.

Minimum 5-7 yrs of UAE experience in support and develop and implement HR initiatives and systems.

Should have experience in employee relation , administration , compensation and benefits and performance management system .

Qualifications : Masters in HUMAN Resource Management

• Communication & interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of labour laws
• Problem-solving & conflict management
• HR software (HRMS) knowledge
• Organizational and multitasking ability
