Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for construction and engineering positions such as Project Managers, Site Engineers, Supervisors, Safety Officers, and skilled labor.
- Coordinate manpower planning based on project requirements and timelines.
- Handle employee onboarding, orientation, and documentation processes.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, company policies, and construction industry regulations.
- Monitor employee attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, and overtime records.
- Maintain employee records, visa documentation, and labor-related files.
- Support employee relations by resolving workplace issues and maintaining discipline on site.
- Coordinate with project managers and department heads regarding manpower allocation and workforce requirements.
- Manage performance evaluations, employee engagement, and retention activities.
- Oversee training and development programs related to safety, technical skills, and company procedures.
- Ensure proper implementation of health & safety policies in coordination with the HSE department.
- Handle termination, resignation, final settlement, and exit formalities.
- Prepare HR reports related to recruitment, turnover, manpower status, and employee performance.
- Work closely with PROs and administration teams for visa processing, labor cards, and government-related documentation.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company objectives.
