HR Manager-Construction

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for construction and engineering positions such as Project Managers, Site Engineers, Supervisors, Safety Officers, and skilled labor.
  • Coordinate manpower planning based on project requirements and timelines.
  • Handle employee onboarding, orientation, and documentation processes.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, company policies, and construction industry regulations.
  • Monitor employee attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, and overtime records.
  • Maintain employee records, visa documentation, and labor-related files.
  • Support employee relations by resolving workplace issues and maintaining discipline on site.
  • Coordinate with project managers and department heads regarding manpower allocation and workforce requirements.
  • Manage performance evaluations, employee engagement, and retention activities.
  • Oversee training and development programs related to safety, technical skills, and company procedures.
  • Ensure proper implementation of health & safety policies in coordination with the HSE department.
  • Handle termination, resignation, final settlement, and exit formalities.
  • Prepare HR reports related to recruitment, turnover, manpower status, and employee performance.
  • Work closely with PROs and administration teams for visa processing, labor cards, and government-related documentation.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company objectives.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED10,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
