Hiring: Assistant HR Manager

DHA Phase 8, Karachi
Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Salary : PKR 90,000

We're looking for an Assistant HR Manager who is proactive, people-oriented, and capable of managing core HR functions while supporting organizational growth and employee engagement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2–3 years of relevant HR experience
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR operations
• Familiarity with labor laws, HR policies, and compliance requirements
• Experience in attendance management, leave administration, and employee record maintenance
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills
• Proficient in MS Office and HRMS software
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and work independently
• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of maintaining confidentiality
