United Security Group is looking for a proactive and experienced Female Assistant HR Manager to support and manage daily HR operations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of UAE labor regulations, employee relations, recruitment processes, and HR administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing overall HR operations and administrative activities
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation processes
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters professionally
- Maintain HR records, attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies
- Coordinate training, performance evaluations, and employee engagement activities
- Prepare HR reports and support management with HR-related tasks
- Assist in visa processing, insurance coordination, and employee benefits administration
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience in the UAE
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience in the security services industry is an advantage
