Job Summary
Responsible for managing human resources functions within a hotel, ensuring smooth staff operations, compliance with labor laws, recruitment, employee relations, training, and payroll coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, interview, and onboard hotel staff
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination
- Support employee engagement and welfare activities
- Coordinate training and development programs
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and hotel policies
- Assist in performance appraisal processes
- Resolve employee grievances and disciplinary matters
- Prepare HR reports and maintain confidentiality
- Coordinate with department heads regarding staffing needs

Qualifications

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per hour
