HR Coordinator

Job Summary

Responsible for managing human resources functions within a hotel, ensuring smooth staff operations, compliance with labor laws, recruitment, employee relations, training, and payroll coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit, interview, and onboard hotel staff
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation
  • Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination
  • Support employee engagement and welfare activities
  • Coordinate training and development programs
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and hotel policies
  • Assist in performance appraisal processes
  • Resolve employee grievances and disciplinary matters
  • Prepare HR reports and maintain confidentiality
  • Coordinate with department heads regarding staffing needs

Qualifications

  • 1 to 3 years of HR experience, preferably in hospitality
  • Knowledge of hotel operations is an advantage

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
